Localhost port forwarding on Fedora 27

I recently started playing around with Fedora again and needed to do some port forwarding for a dev server I'm running locally.

firewall-cmd --add-service=http --permanent
firewall-cmd --add-service=https --permanent
firewall-cmd --add-masquerade --permanent
firewall-cmd --add-forward-port=port=80:proto=tcp:toport=5000 --permanent
firewall-cmd --add-forward-port=port=443:proto=tcp:toport=5001 --permanent

iptables -t nat -I OUTPUT --source 127.0.0.1 --destination 127.0.0.1 -p tcp --dport 80 -j REDIRECT --to-ports 5000
iptables -t nat -I OUTPUT --source 127.0.0.1 --destination 127.0.0.1 -p tcp --dport 443 -j REDIRECT --to-ports 5001

This did forwarded the following:

localhost:80 --> localhost:5000
localhost:443 --> localhost:5001
